Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ECuWarehouse reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether ECuwarehouse or its representatives, employees or agents signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 10:00AM – it would ship the same day , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. Returns

All Controllers Must be returned to EcuWarehouse with justification and substantiation. We Reserve the right to Repair or Exchange, as we see fit or refute either options. There is a 30% Restocking fee and shipping cost on all returned controllers. If we supplied a pre-packaged label with your Exchange and it was utilized to return the part then there will be a deduction from the agreed refund of all shipping costs for the return.
Refund Policy:
We Reserve the right to Repair , Replace or Exchange If the part is not rebuildable then a reasonable replacement fee will be offered . If a replacement cannot be obtained within a reasonable amount of time then a refund will be completed, less shipping costs & Technical Fee & ProRation based on time in Service. All Controllers Must be returned to EcuWarehosue. We do not refund for changing your mind, ordering the incorrect part or using our part as a testing Device. Please allow up to 30 business days on Refunds.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time — Most orders received before 10:00AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 10:00 AM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by EcuWarehouse or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders where applicable as regulated by the South African Revenue Services.
We NOT VAT registered at this stage thus all prices are VAT EXCLUSIVE.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or wrongful identification due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or wrongful part number. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or billed. In such cases we will refund the full cost of order placement.

Warranty Policy

Ecuwarehouse will; at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase of goods found defective during the warranty period. Customer must provide their original Invoice along with original packaging when part is returned for warranty replacement .We request that customer includes shipping Insurance when returning a part for warranty, Ecuwarehouse will not be held responsible for Lost or Stolen parts.

Ecuwarehouse will warrant new or rebuilt parts for a period of 3 months from date of shipment.

In no event shall Ecuwarehouse be liable for consequential damages or extraneous damages resulting from the failure of any part supplied. Ecuwarehouse reserves the right to refuse warranty in the case of tampering, negligence, misuse, alteration, breaking of warranty seals, mishandling, or any damage that occurs as a consequence of shipping.

Ecuwarehouse is not responsible for any cost incurred, including labor, for the installation or removal of a failed part or freight charges.

All warranty returns must have prior approval and must reference the pre-approved RA number. A complete warranty claim form must be filled out and returned with the failed unit. All warranty claims must be made within the stated warranty period. Any part returned without complete warranty information can be denied warranty. If required information is not received within the specified time period.

In cases where a warranty exchange unit is provided, the warranty will not extend beyond the original warranty period for the specific part in question

As stated on your Invoice, subject to the Terms listed within. This limited warranty applies only to the original Invoiced Customer. Ecuwarehouse Will Warranty the product for as long as the original Ecuwarehouse customer owns the product. This warranty is non-transferable

Part Number Validation
Vehicles with same Year/Make/Model may have different part numbers due to various vehicle specifications. It is critical that the part you order matches the exact OEM part number from your existing defective unit to ensure we provide you with a correct and/or interchangeable part.

For every vehicle an automobile manufacturer sells there is a specific electronic control unit (ECU) which belongs to that car. The item you seek may have different part numbers within the same make/model/year. Within a particular model there can also be multiple options available.

For example, let’s look at the popular BMW X3 Sports Utility Vehicle. In 2015 consumers had the option of either the X3 sDrive28i, X3 xDrive28i, X3 xDrive28d or X3 xDrive35i. Different emission standards, engines, transmissions and drive trains are variables among the different makes within the same class of vehicle which make it difficult to determine the correct ECM for your car without a part number.

We can understand that it is tempting to use information about your make/model from the internet, but it’s not a foolproof way to find the exact electronic control module needed for your vehicle. The best way to ensure ECuwarehouse sells you a replacement part which is specific to your vehicle is to have the exact part number from the defective unit in your automobile.

Most units that you pull from your vehicle will have a white sticker on them with the part number and multiple identifier numbers which can make it unclear when trying to locate the part number for your ECU.

If you have trouble determining the part number ECuwarehouse specialists are able to walk you through finding your part number over the phone. Also, after we determine the exact part number match there are other secondary numbers associated with some parts which will let us determine the exact fit.

Below are examples of ECU stickers we have in our inventory. As you can see it’s not always clear which number is the ECU part number. A red arrow indicates which number is the ECU part number for each sticker.

If for some reason your unit does not have a sticker, you can call the dealership with the VIN and ask them for the original part number for your vehicle’s electronic control unit.

Hopefully, we have made it clear as to the importance of pulling the defective ECU from your vehicle and providing us with the correct the part number from the unit when you are ready to purchase an ECU.

Exchange Sale and Core Policy

All Listed Exchange Parts Prices on this website or quoted are based upon receiving your rebuildable core returned to Ecuwarehouse within the time & terms specified below , where exchange price has been quoted.

Our Exchange Service specifies Core returns are due on receipt of exchange unit Your Warranty will not be valid after this time. Late return of an exchange service core part will result in a loss of continuance of the initial warranty period.

If a Warranty is applied for, and the part was not returned within the specified time allowed, there will be a fee equal to the original cost of the part at the time of the original sale.

If the Part was returned within the stated time and is not in rebuild-able condition or is not “LKQ” Like, Kind & Quality as originally sold, then a fee equal to the original sale cost will be due in order to enable the warranty. When a “Fee” is collected the warranty period will start from the original invoiced date to the original purchaser only. Warranties are Not transferable.

We will not be responsible for parts lost or damaged during return shipment for Exchange Core Service Program.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide proof of shipment and delivery for any exchange /cores due.

All units containing fluids should be completely drained and capped to prevent leaking during shipment and must comply with hazardous material shipping regulations.
